All pets are checked for parasites upon arrival. The
      owner will be charged for flea bath or any services necessary.

 If your pets become soiled during their vacation, there is a
       cleanup charge for repeat offenders and those who require bathing.

 Country Club Hours   

Daily 9-11 a.m.  3-5 p.m.

Wednesday 9-10 a.m. only

$15.00 off-hours and $50.00 re-opening fees will be charged.

(To avoid interruptions in pet care)

 Any damage to the facility caused by the pet will be charged to the owner.

Pets picked up by 10:00 a.m. or scheduled for grooming/bathing will not be charged for that day.

The rates are from time of check-in to 10:00 a.m. the following day.

 

The owner must have written proof that all of the pet's inoculations are current for the following:

 Distemper, hepatitis, lepto, parvo, para influenza, trac bronchitis, and
       rabies. (It is a state law that your pet must have a rabies vaccine
       if he/she is over 3 months of age.)

 Canine cough bordetella vaccine - veterinarian verification MUST
        be presented.

 Your pet should not be exposed to any other pets, facilities, or
      displaying ill symptoms three weeks prior to coming to DeLuca's
      Canine Country Club.

 Your veterinarian should do fecal testing with negative results.

NOTICE: All pets are to have received inoculations no later than three weeks prior to time of check-in to the Country Club to be fully effective. Pets cannot be overdue for vaccinations. A $40.00 service fee will be added to the veterinary bill for pets requiring vaccinations or vet care. It is the owner’s responsibility to obtain the required documentation. There is a $7.00 fee for calling vet for verification. You or your vet can fax any records to us and they will be updated in our files.
