MANAGER:
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Requires management or related field and/or a minimum of 5
years supervisory experience. Must have excellent communication skills,
organizational ability and working knowledge of computer systems.
Candidates must be 18 years old, possess leadership
qualities, a pleasant personality, neat appearance and enjoy working with
the public and pets. Must be able prioritize tasks. Schedule includes day,
evening, weekends and holidays
Essential Functions Include:
* Manages support functions & departments of the Resort's operation.
* Supervises the front office, pet facilities, grounds, laundry, recreation facilities and programs.
* Develops and monitors related budgets.
* Develops & maintains operations manuals.
* Conducts staff meetings, scheduling and staff evaluations.
* Implements and directs staff training programs.
* Maintains knowledge of new policies, programs, and equipment in the pet industry.
* Recommends purchases for equipment and furnishings.
* Coordinates with advertising & marketing appropriate promotion of DeLuca's
Canine Country Club.
FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR :
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must have the ability to
perform all desk attendant functions including reservations and checking
guests in and out. Prior l desk experience and/or basic computer skills
preferred. Must be a team player, possess excellent customer service skills,
good math skills, and have the ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Requires ability to work all shifts; including overtime, weekends and
holidays.
FRONT OFFICE ATTENDANT :
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must have the ability
to perform all desk attendant functions including checking guests in and
out, reservations, meds and feeding. Prior desk experience and/or basic
computer skills helpful. Must be a team player, possess excellent customer
service skills, good math skills, enjoy working with public and pets.
Assist to Kennel Manager and have the ability to work all shifts; including
overtime, weekends and holidays.
KENNEL MANAGER:
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must be 18 years old, possess leadership
qualities, a pleasant personality, neat appearance, excellent communication
skills, enjoy working with pets and coworkers and have cash handling
experience. Schedule includes weekday, weekends, evenings and holidays.
ASSISTANT MANAGER :
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must enjoy working with the pets and general
public. Duties include organizing and maintaining daily pet activity .
supervision of staff, preparing work schedules and the development of
departmental budget. Previous pet and manager experience is a plus. Schedule
includes the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Pet Care Department :
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must be detail oriented, self-motivated
and able to perform all types of general pet
care duties. Frequent standing, squatting, bending, lifting and carrying is
required. Must be able to lift and carry 50#, and possess a valid driver's
license. Schedule is split for mornings, afternoon and evenings, includes
weekends and holidays; must be available all shifts.
EXERCISE/ATTENDANTS :16 YEAR OLDS & OLDER
Full/Part-time
Qualifications Candidates must possess good communication skills, enjoy
working with the pets and have the ability to follow instructions. Schedule
includes day, evening, weekend and holidays.
